Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing to journey with Breath of My Life. Whether you're joining a 1:1 session, a group event, or a sacred retreat, it is our highest intention that you feel held, inspired, and transformed—from the first message to the final breath.
We are a small, heart-led business devoted to creating meaningful and soul-shifting experiences. To sustain this work and honor the time and energy invested into each offering, we kindly ask you to review and accept the following terms and conditions before booking.
 
1. Reservation & Payments
Private Sessions & Group Workshops:

  • Full payment is required to secure your spot.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a private session or group workshop will be fully charged.
     

Retreats:

  • A non-refundable deposit of CHF 500 is required to reserve your space.

  • The remaining balance is due no later than 6 weeks before the retreat begins.

  • All retreat payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
     

We lovingly invite you to commit with clarity and intention.
 
2. Cancellations
Your cancellation:

  • For private sessions and workshops, cancellations within the 48-hour window will be charged in full.

  • For retreats, any cancellation after deposit or final payment cannot be refunded, regardless of circumstances.
     

Our cancellation:

  • In the rare event that Breath of My Life must cancel an event or retreat, all payments made (including deposits) will be fully refunded.

  • We are unable to cover personal costs such as travel, accommodation, lost income, etc.
     

 
3. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel and cancellation insurance, especially for retreats. Life is unpredictable—illness, emergencies, and external changes can occur. Insurance offers peace of mind and protects your investment should anything prevent you from attending.
 
4. Disclaimer & Responsibility
By booking any offering, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during all experiences.

  • You have disclosed any relevant health conditions that may affect your participation.

  • You accept that Breath of My Life is not liable for any personal loss, injury, or damage incurred during the event or retreat.
     

 
5. Confidentiality & Respect
All participants agree to:

  • Hold the privacy of others as sacred, especially in group and retreat settings.

  • Engage with integrity, kindness, and respect for the space, the group, and the practices offered.
     

 
Final Note
These terms are shared not to limit the magic, but to protect the sacred container we create together. Thank you for honoring the energy, preparation, and love that goes into every Breath of My Life experience.
