Nurturing Young Minds with Mindfulness & Resilience

With a deep passion for children’s well-being and years of experience in education, I empower young minds to navigate life’s challenges with confidence, presence, and joy. Through a blend of mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and energy work, I support children in developing emotional resilience and inner balance.

Each session is tailored to the unique needs of every child, offering a safe and nurturing space for growth. My approach is rooted in my background as a kindergarten teacher, kids' yoga instructor, and advocate for well-being in schools.

I offer both one-on-one and group sessions for children aged 8 to 16. I have completed the "Pathways to Resilience" 10-week program, a UK-based initiative designed to empower children with essential tools for emotional well-being. My vision is to bring this transformative approach to schools and families in Switzerland.
