Breathwork, Sound & Movement – Your Journey to Yourself 

What it is

These sessions focus on regulating the nervous system, releasing tension, and creating inner space - for more presence, clarity, and connection.
My approach is gentle and grounding, designed to help you truly arrive within yourself. 

The Session

I guide you on a 75-minute journey that integrates breathwork, sound healing, and intuitive movement. 

These sessions provide a safe and held space to breathe deeply, let go, and reconnect with your inner resources.

•⁠  ⁠Focus: Nervous system regulation, grounding & release

•⁠  ⁠Elements: Conscious breathing, sound healing & intuitive movement

•⁠  Requirements: No prior experience needed – come as you are.

•⁠  What to bring: Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Mats and cushions are available on-site at Ruum 8.
•⁠  ⁠Languages: English, German, Czech

•⁠  ⁠Where: Ruum 8, Eintrachtstrasse 11, 8820 Wädenswil

Join a 90-minute online breathwork journey (we breathe for 60 minutes) to reset your nervous system, open your heart, and reconnect with your inner truth.

 

Each session offers a safe, guided space to release stress, quiet the mind, and restore balance.

 

Perfect for beginners and experienced breathers alike, come exactly as you are.

What you’ll need: a quiet space, mat or bed, blanket, water, and time for yourself.

Pathways to Resilience
For Children and Teenagers
Juniors: Ages 8–11 | Seniors: Ages 12–16

What it is

A holistic, in-person program (no screens) that helps young people build emotional and physical resilience through breathwork, self-awareness, and practical tools from positive psychology and nervous system science.

Core Focus / Pillars of Growth

  • Balance – Practices for regulating the nervous system through breathwork

  • Self-Belief – Recognising strengths and building confidence

  • Optimism – Using positive psychology in daily life

  • Perseverance – Knowing when to rest, while maintaining forward momentum

 

Why it matters

Resilience means being able to recover from challenges, manage emotions, and ask for support when needed. These are the foundations for well-being as children grow into confident, capable young adults.
