Join Petra for a series of Soulspire Breath & Dance journeys in Serratus, Zürich.
Thursdays | 19:30

“Where breath becomes movement,
and movement awakens soul.”

A transformational evening weaving breath, movement, and sound into embodied soul expression.

We land in the body, soften the mind, and let the practice shape itself from the energy in the room. This is a space where community grows.

What to expect

  • Conscious Connected Breath to calm the nervous system and open the inner landscape

  • Free, conscious movement to let the body speak and release what words can’t

  • Sound healing & music carrying waves of grounding, flow, ignition, expansion, and soft dissolution

  • Connection practices and simple meditation/rest to integrate

How it flows

Nothing rigid. We listen closely and follow what the group needs. The mix of breathwork, movement, sound, connection exercises, or meditation emerges intuitively in the moment.

The container

Gentle. Consent-based. Trauma-informed.

Beginner friendly and deep enough for seasoned breathers.

  • You’re ready to meet yourself with honesty and care

  • You’re longing for supportive community

Pathways to Resilience | Wednesdays
15:00 - 15:45 (7-10 yrs)
16:00 - 16:45 (11-16 yrs)

Who it’s for

Children aged 6-16 (Junior: 6-10; Senior: 11-16) and their parents/carers

What it is
A holistic, in-person programme (no tech) combining psychoeducation and physiology to help young people develop resilience. It draws on tools and practices from positive psychology, nervous system science, and the mind-body connection.

Core Focus / Pillars of Growth

  • Balance – Practices for regulating the nervous system through breathwork

  • Self-Belief – Recognising strengths and building confidence

  • Optimism – Using positive psychology in daily life

  • Perseverance – Knowing when to rest, while maintaining forward momentum

Why it matters
Resilience is seen here as the ability to bounce back from difficulties, understand and manage emotional/physical stress, express feelings, and request help when needed. These skills support mental, emotional, social, and physical well-being as young people move towards adulthood.

Additional Support
There’s also a 90-minute workshop for parents and carers, aimed at helping them support their children and themselves.
