Breathwork with Petra @ Serrat(u)s

Join us for a grounding, connecting breathwork journey, guided by your own breath and Sam's versatile keyboard improvisations and rhythmic ambient music!

Petra and Simone will guide you to experience a deeper connection to your body, access the subconscious and transcendental states through conscious, connected breathing. Your breath becomes a catalyst to move you beyond the ego into the deepest parts of your body, mind and spirit. Breathwork leads to improved physical and mental health, connects us to our inner wisdom and expands our consciousness.

Previous experience is not necessary; you will be guided throughout the session. Come curious, open minded and exactly as you are!

PLEASE BRING: comfortable loose clothes in which you can breathe freely, and a water bottle. Optional: eye mask, your own yoga mat & blanket, journal, anything else you wish to have with you.

It is best to breathe on an empty, but not grumbling stomach. Please arrive 10 min. before start!
